a. Mínimo 4GB de memoria | Minimum 4GB of memory.
b. Sistema Operativo: Windows 7 Pro o Windows 7 Ultimate | Operating System: Windows 7 Pro or Windows 7 Ultimate.
▪ Para MAC (Apple) debe tener la plataforma Windows 7 | For MAC (Apple) must have the Windows 7 platform.
c. Velocidad Internet (cualquiera de las opciones) | Speed Internet (either option):
▪ ADSL igual o superior a 10 mpbs | ADSL less than 10 Mbps.

▪ Capacidad para Java Applets | Ability to Java Applets.

B. Documentación de Valor | Value Document:
1. Papel de Seguridad 8½ x 14 para CTs | Security Paper 8½ x 14 for CTs.
2. Papel de Seguridad 8½ x 11 para Endosos | Security Paper 8½ x 11 for Endorsement.
C. Listado de empresas con un volumen considerable de tramites de gente de mar:
1. Compañías Navieras | Shipping Companies.
2. Agencias Marítimas | Maritime Agencies.
3. Tramitadores | Brokers.
D. PKI
1. Solicitud de PKI adicional debidamente completada, de necesitar adicionar personal | Request for additional PKI
properly completed application form, if you need to add more staff (BDT-SAA-003)
E. Teamviewer (si no hay soporte técnico) | TeamViewer (if you don’t have IT support)
1. Verificación remota de los requisitos de las computadoras | Verification of the requirements of remote computers.
