ESTADO, MERCADO Y SOCIEDAD CIVIL: SU CARÁCTER RELACIONAL
BAJO LA LÓGICA DEL PACTO SOCIAL Y EL PESO DEL MERCADO

Este trabajo desarrolla la tesis del carácter relacional entre el Mercado, el Estado y
la Sociedad Civil. Esta vinculación es histórica, surgió con la modernidad y la
revolución social y económica europea y se extendió al resto del mundo hasta
nuestros días. Por tal razón, tanto Mercado, Estado y Sociedad, no pueden
entenderse por sí mismos, en forma independiente de los otros, sino que se
explican en relación unos de otros.

This peper develops the thesis of the relational carácter between the Market, State
and Civil Society. This connection is historical, emered with modernity and social
and economic revolution in Europe and spread to the rest of the world today. For
this reason, both Market, State and Society can be understood by themselves,
independently of the others, but explained in relation to each other.
