 Edificio divido en 2:
• Facultad de Información y Comunicación
• Aulario para facultades del área social-artística de la UdelaR
 Plazo de obra: 20 meses
 Pico de operarios: 120
 12.500 m2 de construcción
 Estructura de hormigón postensado:
• 4.500 m3 de hormigón (fck 300 y 350 kg/cm2)
• 380.000 kg de acero ADM 500
• 55.000 kg de cables de acero 0,6”
 Albañilería: 6.000 m2 de muros de bloque
 Subcontratos principales: Eléctrica, Sanitaria, Yeso, Acondicionamiento térmico,
Estructuras metálicas
