In case of an emergency and you cannot reach the Platoon Leader, dial 0 and ask for the Cadre Duty Supervisor. If it is
not an emergency, please leave a voice mail with your cadet’s Platoon Leader and allow them 72 hours to respond. If
your cadet’s Platoon Leader does not return your call within 72 hours, please contact the Commandant, Pat Shields at
(541) 317-9623 ext 222 for assistance. Thank you.
The program mission is to provide opportunities for personal growth, self improvement and academic achievement among Oregon high school drop outs, teens no longer attending and those failing in school, through a
highly structured non-traditional environment; integrating training, mentoring and diverse educational activities.
