RESUMEN.
Espacio destinado para texto de máximo 400 palabras que explique la propuesta. En el
caso de ser necesario utilizar el formato APA para referencias bibliográficas. Se
solicita respetar tipografía y tamaño de letra.
El concurso acoge a participantes de todo el mundo y de todas las áreas de
conocimiento, sin excepciones, con el fin de dar a conocer sus propuestas
(artísticas, investigativas, o manifiestos) la cuáles deben estar ligadas a una de las
seis áreas temáticas de HABITAT III:
•COHESIÓN SOCIAL Y EQUIDAD- CIUDADES HABITABLES: Ciudades inclusivas (pro
pobres, género, jóvenes, adultos mayores) / Migración y refugiados en área urbanas
/ Cultura urbana y herencia.
Esta temática cuenta con las siguientes unidades de política: Derecho a la ciudad y
ciudades para todos, y marco urbanístico sociocultural.
•ESTRUCTURAS URBANAS: Reglas urbanas y legislación / Gobernanza urbana /
Finanzas municipales
Esta temática cuenta con las siguientes unidades de política: Políticas Nacionales
Urbanas, Gobernanza urbana, Capacidad y desarrollo institucional, Finanza municipal
y Sistema fiscal local.
•DESARROLLO ESPACIAL: Planificación del espacio urbano y diseño / Suelo urbano /
Vínculos urbanos rurales / Espacio público.
Esta temática cuenta con las siguientes unidades de política: Estrategias urbanas
espaciales; mercado del suelo y segregación.
•ECONOMÍA URBANA: Desarrollo de la economía local / Empleo y medios de vida /
Sector informal.
Esta temática cuenta con las siguientes unidades de política: Estrategias de desarrollo

The competition welcomes participants from around the world
and from all areas of knowledge, without exception, in order to
release proposals (artistic , investigative , or manifestoes) linked
to one of the six areas proposed by Habitat III :
