Se trata de un sistema muy versátil, capaz de optimizar la
generación de energía en función de la demanda.
This is a highly versatile system, able to optimize power generation
based on demand.
Este sistema es IDEAL para aplicaciones SIN suministro de RED
y para aplicaciones donde la DISTRIBUCIÓN de CARGA es
VARIABLE, produciéndose picos de demanda de energía a lo
largo del día.
This system is ideal for applications without Mains supply and
where the load is varying, during the day.
El sistema consta de:
• Grupo Electrógeno Insonoro de control AUTOMATICO.
• Dispositivo Inversor / Cargador de Baterías

FUNCIONAMIENTO DEL SISTEMA
SYSTEM FUNCTION
Cuando la demanda de carga es baja, menos de 5 kW (horas nocturnas,
alumbrado, etc), la energía puede ser proporcionada por el banco de
baterías.
El Inversor/Cargador es un dispositivo inteligente que, entre otras aplicaciones
es capaz de:
• Funcionar como cargador de Baterías.
• Posibilitar la utilización de la energía de las baterías al convertir 24 Vcc
a 230 Vca.
• Controlar ó vigilar la demanda de carga y el estado de las baterías, y
en caso necesario ordenar arrancar el grupo, para que cargue las baterías
y absorba la carga.
Cuando las baterías están cargadas y la carga es baja, el sist. hace parar
al grupo y el suminIstro es a cargo únicamente del inversor que toma la
energía de las baterías.
El Grupo Electrógeno, es la parte del sistema que entra en funcionamiento
cuando es necesaria su potencia: la demanda de carga es más de 5 KW,
suministro de energía al cargador de baterías. Ofreciendo todas las
prestaciones, que de forma independiente proporciona: Arranque por fallo
de red, arranque remoto, larga autonomía.
When the demand from the load is low, below 5 Kw (in the night, and low
activity hours, etc), the energy is supplied from the battery bank.
The Inverter/Battery Charger is an intelligent device that among other things
is performing the following functions:
• Function as an advanced battery charger
• Function as an inverter that transforms 24 V DC to 230 V AC.
• Control and regulate the load demand, battery status, and if neccesary
order the gen set to start and take over the load and deliver to the battery
bank.
When the batteries are charged and the load demand is low, the system is
stoping the gen set and the energy is supplied by the inverter taking the
energy from the batteries.
The Gen Set is the part of the system that start functioning when its power
is neccesary i.e. when the load is more than 5 Kw, or when the batteries
need to be charged. Further more the gen set is independently performing
AMF (Automatic Mains Failure), Remote signal starting and is having a very
longe autonomy (400-500 hours).

1. Es un sistema, donde en función de la necesidad, trabaja el banco de
baterías (se demanda menos de 5 KW) ó el grupo (se demanda más de 5
kW). Esto supone una reducción considerable en las horas de trabajo del
grupo y por tanto:
2. Ahorro del consumo de COMBUSTIBLE (menos contaminación y polución)
3. Ahorro en el MANTENIMIENTO en costo y tiempo.
4. Reducción de emisiones sonoras (sobre todo en horas nocturnas, donde
normalmente la energía es producida por el banco de baterías).
5. Cuando trabaja el grupo, siempre lo hace a plena carga consiguiéndose
un óptimo rendimiento en la máquina.
6. Disponibilidad de MÁS POTENCIA, cuando es requerida: POTENCIA
del INVERSOR + POTENCIA del GRUPO.
7. El sistema tiene una GRAN AUTONOMÍA, puede funcionar 24 horas
durante los 7 días de la semana.
8. Posibilidad de conectar al sistema otra fuente de alimentación (Red
Eléctrica, aerogenerador, placas solares, etc), para no dejar a la carga sin
suministro, cuando se realice el mantenimiento.

than 5 kW) This is causing a considerable reduction in gen set running

normally is coming the batteries.

7. The system has a large Autonomy and is able to run 24 hours a day and
7 days a week (gen set running 4 hours/day means an autonomy of more
than 100 days).
8. Possibility to connect the system to other power supplies (like solar panels,
wind generators or the mains). This is reducing fuel comsuption further and
a weak mains can be used for a much more demanding application (the
system can be programed to draw a constant power from the mains even
at variable load).
