Politécnica Madrid The Conference on Design of Circuits and Integrated Systems (DCIS) is an international meeting for researches in the highly active fields of micro- and nano-electronic circuits and integrated systems. It provides an excellent forum to present and investigate the emerging challenges in modeling, design, implementation and test of circuits and systems. The DCIS conference has emerged as a big event in these fields and in 2014 the 29th edition of the conference will take place. The 29th edition of DCIS will be held in Madrid, capital of Spain, a lively city with a large research capacity and with a high degree of innovation and science. Madrid is well connected to the rest of the world and offers a large number of artistic, scientific and touristic attractions. Researchers from industry and academia are invited to submit papers reporting recent achievements and on-going works in all domains of micro and nano-electronics, embedded systems, enabling technologies and tools. Topics to be discussed include, but are not limited to: Integrated Systems Design Integrated System Applications Analog and Digital IC Design Smart Grids RF ICs Cyber Physical Systems Network-On‐Chip Industrial Applications HW‐SW Codesign Electric Car Networking Low Power Design Communication Systems Bioinspired Systems Smart Objects & Wireless Reconfigurable Computing Applications Embedded Design & SoC Smart Ambient Assisted Living Digital Signal Processing Power Electronics - Devices & System Design Methodologies Systems Modeling, Simulation and Biomedical Electronics Synthesis Educating Electronic Engineers CAD Methods and Tools Process Variation Integrated System Technology Packaging MEMS and MOEMS Integrated Sensors & Actuators Organic and Post-silicon electronics Nano-electronics fabrication/structures Programmable Devices Integrated System Testing Modeling and Simulation Failure Analysis and Reliability Built-In Self Test and Calibration Analog and RF Test and DfT Digital Test and DfT Defect and Fault Tolerance Techniques English is the official language of the conference. Full papers must be prepared following the rules presented on the DCIS official webpage (www.dcis.org). Venue: Conference will be held at Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingenieros Industriales of Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. ETSII-UPM is located in the center of the city, close to Paseo de la Castellana and well connected to a variety of hotels and accommodation facilities.
