About Our Menu
Panera Bread offers handcrafted, artisan breads baked in
each bakery-cafe every morning from fresh dough. We’re
committed to providing you with fresh, great-tasting food
you can trust made from the highest quality ingredients and
highlighted by antibiotic-free chicken, whole grain bread,
select organic and all-natural ingredients and a menu with 0
grams added trans fat.

Community Involvement
Panera Bread® and its franchise community are committed to
actively supporting the communities we serve through four
major programs: Community Breadbox™ cash collection boxes,
the Day-End Dough-Nation™ program, Panera Bread/Scrip
Card fundraising and participation in community events.
• C ommunity Breadbox - A portion of cash donations made by customers in
participating bakery-cafes may be matched and are distributed to hunger
relief agencies or local non-profit organizations.
• D ay-End Dough-Nation - At the end of each day, unsold bread and baked
goods at participating bakery-cafes are donated to local non-profits which
provide food to those in need.
• S CRIP Fundraising – The Scrip fundraising program helps non-profit
organizations raise money through pre-purchased Panera Bread gift cards.
• C ommunity Events – In-kind donations are regularly made to local non-profits
and community events through silent auctions, runs and walks, trivia nights
and raffles.
