PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS The Aldolase Calibrator is used in the calibration of Aldolase assays on clinical chemistry analyzers. CARACTERISTICAS DEL PRODUCTO El Calibrador Aldolasa se usa en los ensayos de calibración de Aldolasa en analizadores químicos clínicos. PRECAUTIONS Each donor unit in the preparation of this material was tested by FDAapproved method and found negative for Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV 1, HIV 2) antibody, Hepatitis B Surface Antigen (HbsAg), and Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) antibody. However this material and all patient samples should be handled as if potentially infectious and disposed accordingly. PRECAUCIONES Cada unidad de donante utilizada para la preparación de este material ha resultado ser negativa, en test aprobados por la FDA, para anticuerpo del Virus de Inmunodeficiencia Humana (HIV 1, HIV 2), HbsAg y anticuerpo del Virus de Hepatitis C (HCV). Sin embargo, deben manipularse y desecharse con precaución como potencialmente infecciosos. Sin embargo, deben manipularse y desecharse con precaución como potencialmente infecciosos. PREPARATION Carefully reconstitute each vial of control serum with 1 ml of distilled water. Close bottle and allow to stand for 30 minutes before use. Ensure contents are completely dissolved by swirling gently. Avoid the formation of foam. Refrigerate any unused material. Prior to reuse, mix contents thoroughly. PREPARACIÓN Reconstituir cuidadosamente cada vial de liofilizado con 1 mL de agua destilada. Cerrar el frasco y dejar reposar 30 minutos antes de su uso. Agitar vigorosamente para asegurar que los contenidos estén completamente disueltos. Evitar la formación de espuma. Poner en refrigeración el material que no se use. Antes de volver a usar, agitar vigorosamente el contenido. IMPORTANT NOTE Stabilisation is not required. NOTA IMPORTANTE No se requiere estabilización. STORAGE AND STABILITY Lyophilized Aldolase calibrator is stable until the expiry date indicated on the lable when stored at 2-8 ºC. Reconstituted Aldolase calibrator is stable for 5 days when stored at 2-8 ºC.
