Chromosomal translocation (t 15;17p) Israel Gómez Sánchez, MD, Fernando González González, MD, Juan Pedro Torres Pereda, MD, PhD, Joaquín Bueno Álvarez- Arenas, MD, Phd. Enrique Galán Gómez, MD, Phd Ophthalmology Department. Hospital Perpetuo Socorro, Badajoz, Spain. Hypomelanosis of Ito: hypopigmented skin lesions along the lines of Blaschko, anterior and posterior trunk. Derived of two genetically different cell lines. It can result from chromosomal mosaicism or chimerism. Periphery: saccular dilations and hyalinized vessels Patchy hypomelanic lesions in RPE, congruent with hypomelanotic skin. FAG: vascular dilatations, peripheral ischemia without neovessels. - Hard exudates around the fovea associated with corioretinal scar . - Hypomelanic lesions of EPR, consistent with skin lesions. FAG: Patchy hyperfluorescence ( window efect) congruent with ocular fundus. Atrophy in scar area. FAG: Patchy hyperfluorescence ( window efect).
