linear, they coexist with

There are conflicts between
different political projects,
still remains factors of
exclusion, accumulation and
concentration of wealth
For capitalism there
are no human
beings, only
consumers.
In capitalism
everything
becomes a
commodity
El capitalismo esta destrozando el planeta
Para el capitalismo
no somos seres

El capitalismo todo
lo convierte en

Es necesario romper com la colonialidad del poder
We need to break through the coloniality of power
Nuestros errores en el poder.
Our mistakes in government
Cada vez que ejercemos el poder, a nivel personal,
familiar, laboral, o como “burócratas de la
revolución” ….. reproducimos las relaciones
autoritarias y de dominación del viejo Estado
Each time we exercise power, as individuals, family, at work, or as
"bureaucrats of the revolution" we reproduce authoritarian relations of
domination coming from the old state
Dice Chávez: tenemos una
administración ineficiente a causa de
formalidades superfluas, la burocracia
ineficiente y la corrupción son cánceres
de la administración revolucionaria
Chavez says: we have an inefficient administration because
of superfluous formalities. Inefficient bureaucracy and
corruption are cancers of the revolutionary administration

pueden ocurrir revoluciones sociales que
lleguen al gobierno, sin que ello signifique
poner fin al predominio y la hegemonía del
capital…
la superación del «capitalismo»
requiere superar la lógica de funcionamiento
del capital (el metabolismo y el orden social
impuesto por el capital).
revolutions may occur, we can reach the government, but
without ending the hegemony of capital ...
to defeat "capitalism" we require overcoming the logic of
capital (the social order imposed by capital).
«no basta que un grupo de revolucionarios llegue al
gobierno, que la burocracia y los tecnócratas del
capitalismo sean reemplazados por cuadros
políticos convertidos en “burócratas
revolucionarios”…
La reproducción metabólica
del capital, garantiza el
mantenimiento de su
ideología y relaciones de
poder, garantizando que a
pesar de las «buenas
intenciones» nada cambie….
The metabolic reproduction of capital, reproduces the ideology and power
relations, ensuring that despite good intentions nothing changes ....
It is not enough that a group of revolutionaries get
into the government, and replace the bureaucracy of
capitalism by political cadres who become
"revolutionary bureaucrats"

Democratizar la sociedad
Transformar el Estado
Abrir espacios para la participación
Superar la lógica del capital, romper su
metabolismo, evitar que se siga
reproduciendo en nosotros.
Overcome the logic of capital, break
their metabolic reproduction.
Contribuir desde la salud a la
construcción de estado más
democrático y participativo.
Romper el carácter colonial de la
administración pública. Cambiar
todo, incluido nosotros!!
Contribute from health to
build a more democratic
and participative state.
Change everything,
including us!
