Juridikum – zeitschrift für kritik | recht |gesellschaft Deutsch Das juridikum versteht sich als juristische Fachzeitschrift, die bei der Analyse rechtlicher Fragen mehr als deren rechtsdogmatische Dimension in Betracht zieht. Gegenüber dem juristischen Mainstream nimmt das juridikum eine kritisch-hinterfragende Haltung ein. Die Zeitschrift stellt eine Plattform dar, auf der RechtswissenschaftlerInnen und RechtspraktikerInnen ihr juristisches Tun reflektieren, rechtliche Verfasstheit und rechtlichen Schein analysieren sowie gesellschaftliche und politische Ziele formulieren. Als unkonventionelle Zeitschrift mit interdisziplinärem Anspruch will das juridikum kritische JuristInnen vernetzen und befähigen. Der Aufbau der vierteljährlich erscheinenden Einzelhefte folgt einer Dreiteilung. In der Rubrik "recht&gesellschaft" werden aktuelle Fragen zum Verhältnis von Rechtspolitik, Rechtspraxis, Rechtstheorie und Gesellschaft diskutiert. Mit dem "Thema" hat jedes Heft seinen spezifischen inhaltlichen Schwerpunkt, der aus unterschiedlichen Perspektiven beleuchtet wird. Ein dritter Teil beinhaltet Glossen und Rezensionen. English The journal juridikum is a law journal that analyzes legal problems not only as to their legal dimension but also as to their political and social impacts. Its approach towards the legal mainstream is critical. The journal provides a forum where lawyers can reflect their judicial actions, analyze realities and appearances of law and formulate social and political demands. As a critical journal, outside of the judicial mainstream, “juridikum” wants to reinforce critical lawyers and build up networks between them. The journal is published four times per year and is divided into three parts. The part “law and society” discusses current problems about the relations between law, law politics, practice of law, legal theory and society. In a part called “theme” every edition discusses a specific topic by publishing several articles which deal with this topic from different point of views. The third part contains glosses, essays and reviews. Español La revista “juridikum” es una revista sobre el derecho que analiza problemas jurídicos considerando no solamente su dimensión jurídica sino también los aspectos políticos, culturales, sociales etc. Examina críticamente lo que domina los discursos jurídicos. La revista es un foro en el cual juristas pueden discutir las implicaciones y consecuencias de sus acciones jurídicas, analizar la realidad del derecho y expresar demandas políticas y sociales. Como una revista crítica, progresista y multidisciplinaria “juridikum” quiere fortalecer a juristas críticos/críticas y establecer relaciones entre ellos/ellas. La revista se publica cuatro veces por año y contiene tres partes: En la parte “derecho y sociedad” se analizan problemas actuales de la política, la práctica, la realidad y la teoría del derecho así como las relaciones entre el derecho y la sociedad. En la parte que se llama “tema” cada edición se dedica a un tema específico publicando varios artículos que analicen ese tema desde diferentes puntos de vista. La tercera parte contiene ensayos, comentarios y recomendaciones de libros.
