Regional Ministry of Justice and Public Administrations Valencia Regional Government DECREE 6/2010, of 7th January, on the appointment of Maria del Mar Ibañez Marti as manager of the Digital Certification Service Provider Public Body of the Valencia Region. In accordance with the provisions of Article 8 of the Statute of the Digital Certification Service Provider Public Body of the Valencia Region, approved by the Valencia Regional Government Decree 149/2007, of 7th September, in response to a proposal made by the Regional Minister of Justice and Public Administration and following consideration thereof by the Valencia Regional Government during its meeting of 7th January 2010, I DECREE the appointment of Maria del Mar Ibañez Marti as a manager of the Digital Certification Service Provider Public Body of the Valencia Region. The present decree shall enter into force the same day of the date of its publication in the Official Valencia Regional Gazette. Valencia, 7th January 2010. [2010/82] De conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 8 del Estatuto del Ente Prestador de Servicios de Certificación Electrónica de la Comunitat Valenciana, aprobado por el Decreto 149/2007, de 7 de septiembre, del Consell, a propuesta de la consellera de Justicia y Administraciones Públicas y previa deliberación del Consell, en su reunión del día 7 de enero de 2010, DECRETO Nombrar a María del Mar Ibáñez Martí como gerente del Ente Prestador de Servicios de Certificación Electrónica de la Comunitat Valenciana. El presente decreto tendrá efectos desde el mismo día de su publicación en el Diari Oficial de la Comunitat Valenciana.
