* Gäller om det är frågan om ett adoptionsförfarande som omfattas av lagen (1997:191) med anledning av Sveriges tillträde till
Haagkonventionen om skydd av barn och samarbete vid internationella adoptioner (inkorporeringslagen). Då ska 3 § i den lagen
tillämpas (6 kap 14 § SoL).
* Valid for adoption procedures subject to Act (1997:191) consequent on Sweden’s accession to the Hague Convention on Protection
of Children and Cooperation and Respect of Intercountry Adoption. Article 3 of this Act is applicable. (Swedish Social Services Act,
Chap. 6, section 14).
* Válido si se trata de un procedimiento de adopción sujeto a la Ley (1997:191) con motivo de la adhesión de Suecia al Convenio
de La Haya sobre Protección del Niño y Cooperación en Materia de Adopción Internacional (Ley de incorporación). En tal caso se
aplicará el art. 3 de esa ley (Cap. 6, art. 14 de la Ley Sueca de Servicios Sociales).
