This indoor suspension is based on the facts which have thus far been presented to me. We have informally discussed
the misconduct with your child who has been presented with the evidence. Also, your child has been given an
opportunity to present his/her side of the story.
This indoor suspension may be shortened when the school can be assured that the student is willing to conform to the
regulations of the school. If you desire to attend a hearing on this matter, please call this office so that one may be
arranged as soon as possible. At such a hearing, you and your child will be given the opportunity to present witnesses
and to present any facts or reasons, orally or in writing, which in your opinion relate to this indoor suspension.
Please be advised that your failure to respond to this letter and to avail yourself of the opportunity to be heard in the
manner provided will signify your desire not to have a hearing and your agreement with the action taken.
