Bemd) BASIC GUIDELINES • NO appointments – SNAP is as space allows each day. Client selection is now based on a lottery system. • SNAP distributes lottery tickets between 7:00 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. SNAP begins selection for the lottery for check-in at 7:30 a.m. CLIENTS AND PETS MUST BE PRESENT AT 7:30 a.m. for a chance to be selected for surgery that day. • No food for adult pets after 10:00 p.m. the night before surgery. • For safety, please restrain your pet: dogs on leashes and cats in a carrier • Pick-up is same day at the same location. A pick-up time will be given to you during the check-in procedure. • If pet has current rabies vaccination, you must bring a current rabies certificate or rabies vaccination will be given again at the owner's expense. • Only one pet, per family, per day. • Dogs and cats must be at least 3 months of age. INDICACIONES BASICAS • NO requiere cita. El cupo es limitado en la clínica móvil SNAP y funciona con el espacio que se permite cada dia. La selección de cliente está basada ahora en un sistema de sorteo. • SNAP ahora distribuye boletos de sorteo entre 7:00 y 7:30 a.m. SNAP comenzara la selección para el sorteo para el registro a las 7:30 a.m. CLIENTES Y MASCOTAS deberan estar presente a las 7:30 a.m. para una posibilidad de ser seleccionados para la cirugía ese día.. • No alimentar a los animales adultos despues de las 10:00 p.m la noche anterior de la cirugía. • Por seguridad, todos los perros deberan traerse con una correa, y los gatos en jaula ó dentro de una funda de almohada. • Todos los animales se recogen el mismo día en el mismo lugar. Se le dara la hora que debe regresar cuando se registre. • Si su animal ha sido vacunado contra la rabia recientemente, favor de traer el certificado de vacunación, si no se le vacunara de nuevo al costo del cliente. • Un animal por familia, por día. • Todos los perros y gatos deberán tener por lo menos 3 meses de edad.
