Cell Phone Acknowledgement Letter English: I would like the Bronx Compass Staff to collect and hold my child’s cell phone or other electronic device, and return it at the end of the day. I have read and understood the following conditions for this to happen, and have discussed them with my child: ● I understand that the Bronx Compass is not responsible in case my child’s cell phone or other electronic device is lost, stolen or damaged. ● I understand the cell phones or other electronic (with the exception of laptop computers, and tablet devices) will not be returned to my child until the end of the school day unless it is an emergency situation that we have been notified of. ● I understand that if my child violates the school rules for cell phone or other electronics use the Bronx Compass will no longer collect and hold these items. ● I understand that if my child is disrespectful to staff and faculty concerning collecting and holding cell phones or other electronics the Bronx Compass will no longer collect and hold these items. Espanol: Estoy como el personal del Bronx Compass para recopilar y mantenga el teléfono celular de mi hijo o otro dispositivo electrónico y devolverlo al final del día. He leído y entendido las condiciones siguientes para que esto suceda y les han discutido con mi hijo: ● Entendido que el Bronx Compass no es responsable en caso de pérdida o robo celular de mi hijo o otro dispositivo electrónico. ● Entiendo los teléfonos celulares u otro medio electrónico (con la excepción de los ordenadores portátiles y dispositivos de tableta) no serán devueltos a mi hijo hasta el final de la jornada escolar a menos que sea una situación de emergencia que se nos ha notificado de. ● Entiendo que si mi hijo infringe las reglas de escuela para teléfono celular u otros usos de la electrónica, que el Bronx Compass dejará de recopilar y mantener estos elementos. ● Entiendo que si mi hijo es irrespetuoso para el personal y la facultad relativas a la recogida y celebración de los teléfonos o de otros aparatos electrónicos, el Bronx Compass dejará de recopilar y mantener estos elementos.
