SEX’Poser, realizado por la Asociación Annou SOTI, con la colaboración con las
distintas asociaciones de la Región de Guadalupe. Este Comics (paquito), traducido en
diferentes idiomas, puede ser una herramienta de prevención entre las diferentes islas
del Caribe. Gracias a todos los que contribuyeron a este logro.

Bien connaitre le SIDA
et ses modes de transmission, c’est déjà savoir comment lui résister, mais aussi savoir
vivre aux côtés de
ceux qui vivent avec...
Le sida est une maladie provoquée par le virus VIH. Ce virus
détruit le système de défense de l’organisme en s’attaquant aux
globules blancs
Comment se transmet le sida ?
Les relations sexuelles sans préservatif avec une personne
infectée.
De la mère à l’enfant lors de la grossesse, de l’accouchement
ou de l’allaitement maternel si la mère n’est pas traitée.
Le sang après injection avec du matériel souillé ou contact du
sang sur une peau abîmée.
Il n’existe pas d’autres modes de transmission. Le virus ne
se transmet ni par la salive ni par les moustiques. On ne peut être
contaminé par le virus en embrassant une personne séropositive, en lui serrant la main, en buvant dans le même verre qu’elle
ou en partageant son repas.

AIDS is a disease caused by the virus HIV. This
virus destroys the body’s defence system by attacking the white blood cells.
How AIDS is transmitted?
Sexual intercourse without condom with an
infected person. From the mother to the child
during the pregnancy, from the delivery or the
breastfeeding if the mother is not treated. Blood
after injection made with soiled material and
blood contact on damaged skin.
There are no other modes of transmission.
The virus is neither transmitted by saliva nor by
mosquitos. We cannot be contaminated by the
virus by kissing a HIV positive person, shaking
their hand, drinking in the same glass or sharing
their meal.

formas de transmisión, es saber cómo resistir a él, pero

El SIDA es una enfermedad causada por el
virus del VIH. Este virus destruye el sistema de
defensa del cuerpo atacando a los glóbulos
blancos.
¿Cómo se transmite el SIDA?
Por medio de las relaciones sexuales sin
condón con una persona infectada. De madre a
hijo durante el embarazo, el parto o la lactancia,
si la madre no recibe tratamiento. Por medio de
contacto con equipos contaminados con sangre
infectada; por contacto con la sangre de una persona herida.
No existen otras formas de transmisión. El
virus no se transmite por la saliva ni por los mosquitos. Uno no se contamina con el virus del VIH
abrazando una persona seropositiva, tampoco
apretándole la mano, bebiendo del mismo vaso
o compartiendo su comida.

Le dépistage
et le préservatif
sont les deux moyens
de lutte...
Le préservatif... Le seul moyen de se protéger du virus
du sida lors d’un rapport sexuel est d’utiliser un préservatif.
Il existe des préservatifs masculins et féminins. Ils protègent
du virus du sida, des infections sexuellement transmissibles
(IST) et des grossesse non désirées.
Le dépistage... Il est gratuit et permet de détecter le virus
du sida dans l’organisme. Cette démarche est personnelle.
Si résultat est positif, le traitement donné permet aux porteurs du VIH de vivre aussi longtemps que les autres. Il faut
se faire dépister.
