Refrigerator Chamber The refrigerator compartment is used to store the food which needed to be frozen. And different part in chamber has difference temperature, so different part is suitable for different kind of food, as the following diagram: 1 4 ① Part: it is suitable for storing small bottle and eggs, etc. ② Part: it is suitable for storing butter and cheese, etc. 5 ③ Part: it is suitable for storing bottle liquid and canned food, etc. ④ Part: it is suitable for storing cake, cooked-food and milk products, etc. 6 ⑤ Part: it is suitable for storing sweetmeats and canned food, etc. ⑥ Part: it is suitable for storing fruits, vegetable and salad, etc. Shelf of refrigerator chamber There are three adjustable shelves in refrigerator chamber, and they can be taken out to be cleaned. Vegetable crisper It is suitable for storage of fruits and vegetable. Cover of crisper It is for controlling the temperature of the vegetable drawer and avoiding the vegetable losing moisture. Door shelf It is suitable for storage of egg, canned liquid, bottled liquid and packed food, etc. Before you take the food out, please lift up the door shelf vertically, and do not place too many heavy things in the shelf. Temperature regulator in Refrigerator Chamber Insufficient refrigeration in chamber. Set the temperature controller at by "COLDER". Using the refrigerator in normal condition. Set the temperature controller knob vertically or vertical position by "COLD". You can choose the position according to different ambient temperature in different seasons. In spring and autumn: set the temperature controller knob vertically. In autumn: vertical position; In summer: vertical position; In winter: set the temperature controller knob vertically or vertical position by "COLDER". Less fresh food in chamber Set the temperature controller knob by "COLD". 2 1 2 3 Notice: Do not place the food on the air outlet, and leave enough space for airflow. Changing The Light Bulb Before removing the light bulb, cither the refrigerator or disconnect the electricity leading into the refrigerator at the main power supply. Failure to do so could result in electrical shock or personal injury. Use the cross screw driver to take the screw out. Remove the light cover by pushing up gently. Unscrew the bulb. Replace with a 15 watt-refrigerator bulb that is of the same shape and size. Replace the light bulb cover. Freezer Chamber It is for freezing and storing frozen food and making ice cream etc. Ice tray It is for making ice, pour cooled boiled water into ice tray up to its 4/5 volume, place it in ice making chamber for two hours and the ice can be made automatically. When you want to take ice cubes, please twist the ice tray, and the ice cubes are separated from the ice tray. But do not bend it, otherwise it will crack. If you want to shorten the time of making ice, you can set the temperature control knob at “MAX". Notes If it takes a long time to make ice, please do not hold the ice tray directly to avoid the ice tray sticking and hurting your hands. Notes It is forbidden to store the glass or canned liquid food, because the volume expands when the food is frozen, glass would crack. Temperature regulator in Freezer Chamber The temperature regulator allows you to regulate the temperature inside the Freezer. In case of too much frozen food or ice making in chamber. FREEZER Please set the temperature control knob at "MAX" position. In case of using the freezer in usual condition MIN MAX Please set the temperature regulator at the middle of " MAX" and "MIN". Freezer Temperature Regulator In case of a little frozen food in chamber Please set the temperature controller at "MIN" position. 3 Good ventilation For purpose of easy dissipation of heat, high efficiency of refrigeration and low power consumption, a space should be needed around the refrigerator. Please keep 100mm of space between the back of the appliance and the wall, 200mm between the side and wall, and the space over the top is not less than 300mm, enough space should be left to open the door to 160°. Power supply The refrigerator is only suitable to single-phase alternating current of 120V, (60±1) Hz. If the fluctuation of voltage in your area is beyond the range of above mentioned, for the safety sake, please add an A.C. automatic voltage regulator to the refrigerator. Use an individual socket instead of a common one share with other electric appliances. Notes: Its plug must match the socket with ground wire, the socket must be connected according to the diagram.(E earth line, N zero line, L fire line) Power supply cord Do not extend or fold the power cord, keep the power cord away from compressor, because the temperature of the compressor surface would rise when works, otherwise the insulation would be weakened and current leakage would occur. Protection from moisture Do not locate the refrigerator in moist space to avoid the metal parts rusty. And do not spray water to the refrigerator, otherwise it will weaken the insulation and cause current leakage. 4 120V +10% Keep away from heat Please keep refrigerator away from heating sources and direct sunlight. The ambient temperature is high and the door is open for a long time. Liquid food is not covered before storage. The temperature controller is set at"COLDER"position. The ambient temperature is below 5°c. 1. It is forbidden to disassemble any parts fixed by screws, and please ask the pointed local repair center to repair your refrigerator. 2. It is forbidden to test any electrical parts in operation condition. 10 6、Reversing the door 6¡Warnings!!! Reversing the door The side at which the door opens can be changed from the right side (as supplied ) to the left side, if the installation site requires. Before you start lay the refrigerator on it's back in order to gain access to the base, you should rest it on soft foam packaging or similar material to avoid damaging the cooling piper at the rear of the refrigerator. 1. Remove the top hinge cover and remove the top hinge bracket by unscrewing the three retaining nuts. Lift the upper door and place it on a padded surface to prevent it scratched. 2. Remove the two flange screw, then remove the middle hinge that hold the lower door in place. Lift the lower door and place it on a padded surface to prevent scratching it. 11 3. Remove the hinge hole cover from the right holes as illustrated and transfer them to the uncover hole at the left side. 4. Remove both adjustable feet and remove the bottom hinge bracket by unscrewing the bolts. 5. Replace both adjustable feet. Transfer the lower door to the property position. Secure the door's level, make the bottom hinge pin into the lower hole of the door, then tight the bolts. 12 6. Make the middle hinge reverse the direction 180 degree, then transfer it to the left property position. Make the middle hinge pin in the upper hole of the lower door, then tight the bolts. Transfer the upper door to the property position. Secure the door's level; Make the middle hinge pin into the lower hole of the upper door. 7. Transfer the top hinge to the left property position. Make the top hinge pin into the upper hole of the upper door, then tight the bolts, tight the screws to secure the door 8. Replace the top hinge cover. 13 9. Replace the Assistant-machine.Serial number one is the left assistant-machine.When the door is reversing, take off the number two,replace the number one which is put into the packet. 1 2 Warning! Young children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. Do not damage the refrigerant circuit(applicable only for appliances with refrigeration circuits which are accessible to the user). This appliance is not intended for use by young children or infirm persons unless they have been adequately supervised by a responsible person to ensure that they can use the appliance safely. Pie frontal Nota: Debido a mejorías en nuestros productos, el electrodoméstico puede ser ligeramente diferente al que aparece en este manual de instrucciones pero las funciones y método de uso son iguales. Compartimiento de refrigeración El compartimiento de refrigeración se usa para guardar alimentos descongelados. La temperatura en cada una de las secciones del compartimiento de refrigeración es diferente con el fin de alojar diferentes tipos de alimentos. Por favor ver el siguiente diagrama: Área 1: Ideal para guardar botellas pequeñas, huevos, etc. Área 2: Ideal para guardar mantequilla y quesos. Área 3: Ideal para guardar líquidos y alimentos enlatados. Área 4: Ideal para guardar pasteles, alimentos cocinados y productos lácteos. Área 5: Ideal para guardar alimentos enlatados y carnes. Área 6: Ideal para guardar frutas, vegetales y ensaladas. Estantes del refrigerador. Hay tres estantes ajustables en el compartimiento de refrigeración los cuales pueden ser removidos para su limpieza. Cajón para vegetales. Se usa para almacenar vegetales y frutas. Cubierta del cajón de vegetales. Controla la temperatura del cajón de vegetales para evitar que estos pierdan su frescura. Estantes de la puerta del refrigerador. Ideal para almacenar huevos, líquidos enlatados, líquidos embotellados, comida empacada, etc. Antes de retirar los alimentos, levante la tapa verticalmente. Trate de comer sus alimentos lo más pronto posible para evitar que estos se dañen. 9 Notas: Después de limpiar el refrigerador, revise lo siguiente: 1) ¿Está el cable de corriente roto o el enchufe averiado? 2) ¿Está el enchufe conectado correctamente? 3) ¿La conexión a tierra esta fuera de su sitio? 4) ¿Existe algún bloqueo en la salida del drenaje? 5. Solución de problemas Antes de contactar el centro de servicios, revise lo siguiente: La operación del refrigerador se detuvo El refrigerador esta expuesto a luz solar directa o cerca de fuentes de calor. El control de temperatura se encuentra en la posición “COLD” El cable de corriente está mal conectado La temperatura externa es inferior a 10 grados centígrados o el control de temperatura de condensación se encuentra apagado Si el refrigerador no enfría lo suficiente Puede haber una cantidad muy alta de alimentos y esto bloquea el flujo del aire frío Puede haber puesto uno o varios alimentos calientes dentro del refrigerador La puerta puede estar mal cerrada. Cambiando la puerta de posición Cambiando la puerta de posición La puerta se puede cambiar de posición derecha (tal como viene de fábrica) a posición izquierda si el sitio lo hace necesario. Antes de comenzar, acueste el refrigerador en su parte posterior (espalda del refrigerador) para tener fácil acceso a la base. Debe recostarlo sobre materiales de empaque suave como espuma o materiales similares para evitar daños en el tubo de la parte trasera del refrigerador. 1) Remueva la bisagra superior y el ensamble desatornillando los tres tuercas. Levante la puerta superior y recuéstela en una superficie suave para evitar que se raye. 12 2) Retire el tornillo y luego la bisagra media que sostiene la puerta inferior. Levante la puerta inferior y recuéstela en una superficie suave para evitar que se raye. 3) Remueva la cubierta de los agujeros derechos y transfiéralas al lado izquierdo 4) Remueva ambos pies ajustables y remueva la bisagra inferior desatornillando los pernos 13 5) Reemplace ambos pues ajustables. Transfiera la puerta inferior a su sitio, asegúrela en su sitio e instale la bisagra inferior atornillando los pernos. 6) Gire la bisagra media 180 grados y trasfiérala a la posición adecuada izquierda. Instale la bisagra, ajuste la puerta y asegúrela con los tornillos. Transfiera la puerta superior e instálela en la posición adecuada. 14 7) Transfiera la bisagra superior e instálela en el sitio adecuado. Ajuste la puerta superior, luego ajuste los tornillos y pernos. 8) Reemplace la cubierta de la bisagra superior 9) Reemplace el asistente. Los refrigeradores viejos y averiados deben ser reciclados y desechados por compañías profesionales. No deseche usted mismo refrigeradores averiados pues esto causa contaminación al medio ambiente.
