facultándole para delegar total o parcialmente el encargo en quien
designe para este objeto.
with powers to total or partially delegate this order to whom he/
she might appoint for such purpose.
A tal fin se confiere a dicho/a agente, o a quien lo/la sustituya, la
presente autorización tan amplia y bastante como en derecho se
requiera, para que, en nombre y representación del autorizante,
firme la solicitud y demás documentos que sea necesario presentar
en interés de la misma y para la obtención, adición, validación,
renovación, rehabilitación, regularización y conservación de la
concesión a aquéllas referidas, efectúe los pagos establecidos por
las disposiciones en vigor, debiendo para ello proveer previamente
de fondos bastantes al/la mandatario/a; practique cuantas
diligencias sean convenientes para obtener los efectos antedichos;
reciba en su nombre toda clase de documentos relativos a este
objeto; presente y retire escritos de recurso de cualquier clase, y
facultando al/la mandatario/a para designar como domicilio del
mandante, para los efectos legales procedentes, el de dicho/a
mandatario/a o a cualquier otro que éste elija a tales efectos, y
dándole asimismo facultad para hacer uso de cuantas acciones
puedan competirle con arreglo a las leyes y reglamentos vigentes.
To this end, it is conferred to him/her or to the appointed
substitute, the present authorization as ample and enough as
required by law for in the name and representation of the
authorizing part to sign the application and other documents
needed in the prosecution of the same and for the obtention,
addition, validation, renovation, restoration, regularization and
maintenance of the rights obtained, perform the payments
required by the regulations in force, to which end the authorizing
part must previously provide the representative with the
necessary funds; to perform all steps needed to the above effects,
to receive on behalf of the authorizing part all kind of documents
related to this object, to file and withdraw any kind of appeals
and entitling the representative to designate his/her own address,
or any other freely chosen, as address for service of the
authorizing part, and granting him/her authorization to make use
of any actions which might compete him/her in accordance with
the laws and regulations in force.
