We can use different phrases to talk about things we like or dislike.

* Note: with subjects he, she and it the verb ends with an “s” or “es” (except for “can’t stand”)

We can follow these phrases with nouns (names of people, places, things, activities)

We use simple present to talk about facts and general truths / Utilizamos

The sky is blue / El cielo es azul.
We also use the present simple to talk about routines or habits.

With subjects I / You / We / They we use the base form of the verb.
Ex.:
I wash my hair / Ej .: Me lavo el pelo.
You watch TV. / Ves la televisión.
We eat breakfast / Nos comemos el desayuno.
