Los navegadores de salud del hospital, en sociedad
con representantes del Departamento de Salud del
Condado de Carroll, United Hands of Carroll County y
Access Carroll, proporcionarán educación y recursos
sobre temas de salud, incluyendo nutrición, cáncer,
salud del corazón y acceso al cuidado dental y de la
salud.
En la feria estarán disponibles traductores e información bilingüe. Se harán exámenes de presión sanguínea y se proporcionarán refrigerios ligeros.

The hospital’s health navigators, in partnership with representatives from the Carroll
County Health Department, United Hands
of Carroll County and Access Carroll, will
provide education and resources on health
topics including nutrition, cancer, heart
health, and access to health and dental
care.
Bilingual translators and information will be
available at the fair. Blood pressure screenings and light refreshments will be provided.
