To prevent the spread of the flu virus and
protect the health and healing of all children
at Nemours Children’s Hospital, a temporary
visitation restriction has been put into effect.
All family members and
guests visiting inpatients
must be age 6 or older
during flu season.

Families and friends, please do not visit if you have symptoms of
cold or flu, including fever, cough, rash, diarrhea or vomiting – or
if you have been exposed to communicable diseases including
influenza, whooping cough (pertussis), chickenpox or measles.
Familias y amistades, por favor no vengan a visitar si tienen síntomas de
resfriado o influenza, incluyendo fiebre, tos, diarrea o vómitos – o si ha estado
en contacto con enfermedades contagiosas incluyendo la influenza, tos ferina
(pertusis), varicela o sarampión.
Please use tissues and hand sanitizer provided at the “Cough
Stations,” as needed, dispose of used tissues, and WASH HANDS
FREQUENTLY to decrease the spread of germs.

surgical mask for the protection of your child and others.
