R.C.I.A.
The parish R.C.I.A. begins on Tuesday, September
9th in the Fireside Room of the convent from 7:008:30 p.m. R.C.I.A. is a process of instruction and formation for adults interested in joining the Catholic
Church and receiving the sacraments of Baptism,
Confirmation, and Eucharist. All interested adults
are invited to begin the process by calling the parish office. All are welcome.

salón de la chimenea en el convento de 7:00-8:30pm.
R.I.C.A. es un proceso de instrucción y formación para
los adultos interesados en unirse a la Iglesia Católica

keeping God’s house and our house of worship

This is a day of fun for the entire family where you
will meet old friends and make new ones. We are
now collecting items for the Yard Sale and Silent

Taller de Inmigración – Miércoles 13 de Agosto
La parroquia está organizando un taller de información sobre AB60 el miércoles, 13 de agosto en el salón
parroquial de 6:00pm-9:00pm. AB60 tomara efecto en
el año 2015 y permitirá a los inmigrantes en California, que no pueden demostrar su estatura migratorio,
solicitar una licencia de conducir.

Adult Faith Formation
Quick Journey Through the Bible
The parish is offering an eight-week series on the
Bible on eight consecutive Mondays beginning
September 15th from 7:00-8:30 p.m. The series is titled
A Quick Journey through the Bible. Each session will
include a 30-minute DVD presentation by Jeff
Cavins, followed by group discussion. Each participant will receive a color-coded Bible timeline chart
and workbook. Call the parish office to sign-up for
this series. The cost is $20 for all eight sessions. The
facilitators are Mike Murphy, Fr. Thomas Devereaux,
and Sr. Olive Murphy.
Jesus: A Pilgrimage by Fr. James Martin, SJ
This recent and popular book by Fr. James Martin,
SJ is the focus of a parish adult faith formation series
that will begin on Monday, November 10th and
ends on April 27th. Each week participants will gather to discuss one or two chapters. The weekly meeting will be in the Convent building from 7:00-8:30
p.m. Participants are asked to purchase their own
book. To register for the series and for more information, call Sr. Olive Murphy at 542-3097 or Joan

The Immigration Program of Catholic Charities of
the Diocese of Santa Rosa will hold an Immigration
Fair on Sunday, August 17th from 1:00 to 4:30 pm at
Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish, in Windsor. We will
be providing FREE IMMIGRATION CONSULTATIONS.
Our BIA-Accredited Representatives and two reputable Immigration attorneys will be there to provide
free consultation services. For more information,

Spiritual Enrichment Center
Spiritual Enrichment Center announces a new series: Catholicism. It is a study program for adults to
have a deeper understanding of their Catholic
Faith. The program begins September 9th. Spiritual
Exercises of St. Ignatius – an open meeting, August
11th at 7:00 p.m., to explain clearly the spirituality
and purpose of the retreat. The center is offering a
new opportunity for weekly Contemplative Prayer
Monday, Sept. 8th a 7:00 pm in the center. For more
