Estamos iniciando las últimas 9 semanas del año escolar y casi listos para ir a Segundo
Grado. Todos los niños de Primer Grado tomarán una Evaluación al final del año que
incluirá Lectura, Fonética y Escritura.
En escritura, estamos fomentando y trabajando con los estudiantes para que:




Inicien cada oración con mayúscula y terminar en signo de puntuación (puede
ser punto, signos de exclamación o interrogación).
Cada oración debe ser legible (que se pueda entender) y con espacios entre
cada palabra.
Las oraciones deben incluir sustantivo y verbo.
Cuando se escriba una historia debe haber inicio, en medio o luego y al final.
También continuaremos reforzando la correcta escritura en el salon de clase.

We are beginning the last 9 weeks of the school year and getting ready for Second
Grade. All first grade students will be given a common assessment near the end of First
Grade This common assessment includes Reading, Phonics and Writing.
In writing, we encourage the students to:




Begin every sentence a with capital letter and end with punctuation mark. (period,
exclamation or question mark).
Every sentence must be legible and a space between each word.
The sentences should include a noun and a verb.
When writing a story there should be a beginning, a middle and an end.
We will also continue to encourage good writing in the classroom. Thank you very much
