I’m reading Meet Rosina in class this week. We
learned that some books have main ideas and details.
The main idea is the writer’s
most important point. It’s the
big idea. I learned that details
are bits of information that
help tell about the main idea.
I think the main idea of Meet
Rosina is how a deaf girl has
a happy life, just like other
children. I’m sure as I read I’ll
find lots of examples that tell
about her life.
