INDYCAN IS CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR:
• Lead Community Organizer
• Bilingual Community Organizer
WHAT DOES IT TAKE?
The ideal candidates are energized, self-motivated and
dedicated to promoting racial, economic and social equity. Ideally,
candidates will have at least three years of experience with
community organizing.
Successful community organizers have a passion for changing
people’s lives and communities, respect for and belief in all
people, an understanding of power, anger at injustice and a
comfort with faith.
