They describe a noun and the same form is used for the masculine and feminine. Mis – my Tus – your Sus – his, her Mis padres se llaman Inés y Emilio. My parents are called Inés and Emilio. Tus hermanas tienen 20 y 25 años. Your sisters are 20 and 25 years old. Sus padres son ingleses. In English, we would say my parents’ bedroom as it is shorter than the bedroom of my parents. Subject pronouns are a type of pronoun. They are generally omitted. They tend to be used for emphasis or to avoid ambiguity. Yo Tú Él/ella Usted The informal form tú Nosotros/as and vosotros are widely used in Spain.
