St. Peter Claver God of love, through your Son Jesus, you give us freedom and a full life. Grant us, through the intercession of you servant Pedro Claver, clear vision to recognize your children, our brothers and sisters, in everyone. Give us an open and compassionate heart, and gratitude for your hospitality toward us that we wish to extend to all. Give us the courage you gave to Pedro to fight for the rights and dignity of every person, who is made in your image and likeness. We ask this through your Son Jesus, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, forever and ever. Amen. Danos la valentía que concediste a Pedro de luchar por los derechos y la dignidad de toda persona, hecha a imagen y semejanza tuya.
